Message definition (Grade Signs)

Grade signs are pole-mounted structures found on the right side of {{pll|Railway Terminology|tracks}}, designed to inform of their inclination, or grade. The information applies to the section ahead of the sign, all the way up to the next grade sign or a {{pll|Switches & Switch Signs|switch}}, whichever comes first.

Lutningsskyltar är rektangulära skyltar med delvis blå färg som finns på höger sida av spåren, med ett nummer som informerar om spårens lutning. Informationen gäller avsnittet framför skylten, ända fram till nästa lutningsskylt eller en växel, beroende på vad som kommer först.
