Message definition (Comms Radio Cheat Modes ) Allows creating any type of {{pll|Rail Vehicle Types|rail vehicle}} at an aimed location, in chosen orientation. These vehicles don’t create {{pll|Fees|fees}}, don’t {{pll|Abandoning Vehicles|despawn}} over time, and can only be {{pll|Comms Radio Clear|removed manually}}.
