Message definition (Universal Control Stand)

This device is only compatible with vehicles that support {{pll|Multiple-Unit|MU connections}}. Unlike the similar {{pll|Remote Controller|locomotive remote controller}}, universal control stand offers a wider range of controls and instruments, and can be relied on to drive trains in all situations. However, it is not a mobile device.
