Message definition (Abandoning Vehicles)

Cars can also be {{pll|Comms Radio Clear|cleared}} immediately with the comms radio. Doing so, however, cancels the respective delivery order and may cost money, depending on the session {{pll|Difficulty|difficulty settings}}. In {{pll|Career|career mode}}, it is not recommended to use this feature unless it is necessary.
