Message definition (Comms Radio Cheat Modes)

Allows {{pll|Body Damage|damaging aimed motorized rail vehicles}}, {{pll|Body Damage|cars and cargo}} on purpose by a set amount, which can be used to create {{pll|HAZMAT Cargo|HAZMAT}} leaks, for example. If set to zero, this mode will {{pll|Derailing|derail}} aimed vehicles, instead.

狙った動力車や、車両や貨物に意図的に一定量の損傷を与えることができます。これは、例えば危険物の漏洩を引き起こすために使用できます。0 に設定した場合は、狙った車両を脱線させます。
