Message definition (Handbrake)

To help increase productivity in level {{pll|Railway Terminology|yards}}, it is allowed to apply the handbrake only on a single vehicle in a train, on one of its ends. In all other scenarios, handbrakes should be applied on each individual vehicle in the parked train.

為了提高平面調車場的運作效率，允許僅需要在列車其中一端的最後一節車輛上以手軔機緊軔。在任何其他情況下，應對停放列車中的每節車輛施緊手軔。
