Message definition (Sander)

While sand can notably improve traction quality, it only does so on motorized vehicles that deploy the sand, but not those trailing. If {{pll|Wheelslip|wheelslip}} is the issue this is sufficient, because only motorized vehicles need improved grip, but if a whole train is {{pll|Wheelslide|wheelsliding}}, for example, sander alone won't solve the problem.

Sand kann maßgeblich zur Verbesserung der Traktion beitragen, allerdings nur an Triebfahrzeugen. Muss die Haftkraft verbessert werden, kann Sanden alleine ausreichen, da dabei ohnehin nur die Triebfahrzeuge beteiligt sind. Wird allerdings mehr Bremskraft benötigt, kann Sanden alleine nicht ausreichend sein, da der Sand nicht direkt an die Räder der Wagen gebracht wird und diese deshalb trotzdem gleiten können.
