Message definition (Work Trains Overview)

For some of the work trains to become available, you need to buy keys to special garages in {{pll|Shops|shops}}, find the garages and unlock them. For others, such as {{pll|Private Locomotives|private locomotives}}, the process is different.

To become available, some of the work trains require the driver to buy a key to a special garage in one of the shops, find the garage and open it. Others, such as private locomotives, involve more steps.
