Microshunter, also known as BE2-260, is a tiny battery-electric locomotive and a work train, used to carry out minor towing and maneuvering operations where track layout, or time restrictions, prevent the use of a regular locomotive. To become available, the microshunter needs to be unlocked from a special garage, with a key that can be bought in one of the shops.
Once unlocked, the microshunter can be requested with the comms radio for a fee, depending on the session difficulty settings. The microshunter can receive damage, consumes electricity and needs to be manually serviced.
