Train drivers in DVRT are provided with insurance in order to reduce their fees, especially at the start of their career. If, for example, you have an accident with your train, causing damage in excess of $500k in fees, you would only need to pay $100 at the start of your career to be cleared of all fees. The rest would be paid by insurance.
