Licencje na materiały niebezpieczne umożliwiają maszyniście podejmowanie zleceń dostawy materiałów uznawanych za bardziej niebezpieczne w razie wypadku dla najbliższego otoczenia lub szerzej pojętego środowiska niż inne. Istnieją trzy poziomy materiałów niebezpiecznych, z których każdy wymaga sukcesywnie oddzielnej licencji.

• Tier 2 - Explosive , corrosive and toxic materials
• Tier 3 - Biohazardous and radioactive materials
