La protección de sobrecalentamiento es un dispositivo diseñado para evitar que el tren motriz de un vehículo motorizado se sobrecaliente.
The gadget features a knob to set the desired maximum powertrain temperature threshold. It also features a setting to choose whether crossing the threshold will result in automatic reduction of throttle or dynamic brake, whichever is currently active, or shut down the engine, or an electric power source, altogether.
This gadget requires electrical connections to function.
